Meet our new nail technician Nicole

Here is a picture of Nichole treating a patient in the office.

It has been quite a pleasure to have Nichole in our office. Nichole is a licensed nail technician and she has been giving us a hand with our patients that need nail care in the office.

Nichole has been in the beauty industry for 24 years and is married with 5 children. You might see her at one of your future appointments in the clinic.

Just don’t ask her for a complete pedicure with toenail polish we are not there yet.

What are the best shoes to wear with a dress?

Many of our patients struggle because they have a hard time finding shoes to wear that are attractive yet comfortable.

A patient asked me the other day about some shoes that can be worn with a dress so I did some research.

My favorite site for wide shoes is Anya’s Reviews. Here is a link to an article she wrote entitled “The 10 Best Stylish Barefoot Dress Shoes For Women.”

Not sure what a barefoot shoe is - it is a shoe that is wider in the toe box region and is more comfortable than a traditional shoe that squishes the toes.

Free winter boots anyone?

We tend to focus on barefoot (wide) shoes for our kids but they are growing so fast. My son grew so fast we purchased a pair of Belenka Barefoot Snow Boot but he grew too fast to wear them.
