How do I treat my plantar fasciitis?

Foot fun

Do you wonder why shoes are shaped the way they are? Shoe manufacturers think feet look like this. I have never seen one like this.

How do I treat my plantar fasciitis?

Many of our patients come in the office and are struggling with plantar fascial pain. The most common symptom is pain getting out of bed as well pain on the bottom of the heel region.

We put together a webinar that goes into great detail about plantar fasciitis you might enjoy watching if you suffering or being treated from plantar fasciitis.

I will be keeping this focus for the next few weeks so if you have a question that isn’t answered in this video let me know and I will include it in a future newsletter.

Here is the link to the Webinar on Plantar Fasciitis.

The pool saga - Getting our stairs to NOT float

As you can see we lost our pool stairs recently and they are floating in the water. This was after our liner tear now we wanted a new method to keep the stairs under the water. This is definitely NOT a task for me but I wife and YouTube came to the rescue.

We (she) ended up getting two sealable buckets from Home Depot with sand and put them on the stairs so they won’t float away every time there is movement in the pool.

Prior to this we were using some pavers but they were disintegrating in the pool and leaving sand everywhere.

But there is not too many weeks left for pool weather so we have been out playing with the kids in the water. Now they are going back to school and I will share some stories about that next week.
