What our patients say

“I have been Dr. Feldman’s patient for many many years.”

I have been Dr. Feldman’s patient for many many years. I couldn’t recommend him higher. I always tell my friends about him and my other healthcare providers to refer their patients to him.

“They got me in on short notice on a Friday…”

Would highly recommend this group. They got me in on short notice on a Friday which allowed a quick diagnosis and a boot to go! The whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Paragliding after ankle surgery

I want to tell an inspiring story of one of our patients, Erin, who recently overcame a significant right ankle injury with the help of Dr. Saviet and our dedicated team.

Erin sustained a serious ankle break during a rugby match but remarkably felt no pain and continued playing. After a couple of days, she finally sought an X-ray, only to learn that surgery was necessary. On October 4th, Dr. Saviet successfully performed the surgery, and Erin’s main concern was whether she could still embark on her much-anticipated trip to Africa.

Despite the setback, Erin was determined. Along with her teammates, she had planned a thrilling three-week adventure in Kenya and South Africa, featuring rugby matches, a week-long safari, and more. While Dr. Saviet encouraged her to take it easy, he was excited for Erin to experience this dream trip.

Once in Cape Town, Erin discovered that the city is striving to become 100% handicap accessible by 2025. She was able to participate in every tour except for the shark diving. Instead, she chose to paraglide off Table Mountain! The instructors ensured the experience was fully accessible, and Erin was thrilled to soar through the sky—bright orange cast and all.

Erin's story is a testament to resilience and the importance of proper care. We are proud to support our patients in achieving their dreams, no matter the obstacles. Check out the photo of Erin paragliding, a moment she’ll cherish forever!

Patient Success Story

Do you have a success story like Erin? We put together a Patient Success Story handout. You can print out this sheet and fill it out and mail back or drop off at the office so we can hear your story.

If it is good we might even put it in a future newsletter. Feel free to include a picture like Erin.

Here is the document you can download and mail back - HERE.

Why you shouldn’t go to urgent care or ED when you have heel pain?

Lots of patients come to our office AFTER going to an urgent care or Emergency Department. Most of the time they say it was a waste of time because they only get x-rays and then send them to see a specialist (like us).

I think both Emergency and Urgent Care services are very helpful for things that can’t wait until Monday. However, patient complain of long waits and little improvement from the visit.

If you need to get in urgently call the office as we have Dr. Monette who has openings the same day but just let us know it is something urgent.

Sometimes there is confusion about what is URGENT. If you have had pain that has been there for months and now gets worse then give us a call. If you have so much pain you can’t put your heel or foot on the ground or you hear a “pop” that might be a good reason to go to the ED.

If you are unsure just give the office a call at (508) 757-4003 because a little secret is that we always have a doctor on call that can answer any questions and even tell you if you should go to the ED or not.

Struggling with heel pain, save 8 hours of your day by NOT going to the ED and give us a call. Same day appointments available.

Call us at 508-757-4003 to make an appointment with Dr. Neil Feldman, Dr. Donald Pelto, Dr. Benjamin Saviet, or Dr. Matthew Monette.

To your health,

Dr. Pelto
